Headquartered in Xiangyang, our campus integrates solid-phase peptide synthesis, downstream isolation, and analytical release under one quality system. The site is purpose-built for milligram-to-kilogram research-grade output, with environmental controls calibrated for sensitive sequences and copper-bound complexes.

01 / SCIENCE

Writing time at the scale of atoms

Peptides are short chains of amino acids joined by precise peptide bonds. They are the language cells use to coordinate metabolism, repair and aging. At Xiangyang Lizhi we apply molecular rigor to the biology of time.

01

Solid-phase synthesis

Automated Fmoc SPPS for sequences up to 60 plus residues with reproducible yield.

02

Chromatographic purification

Preparative RP-HPLC and ion exchange chromatography. Independent chromatogram per batch.

03

Structural characterization

Triple cross confirmation by MALDI-TOF, LC-MS and NMR.

04

Stability studies

Accelerated and long term stability under ICH guidelines, safeguarding shelf life for partners.

Industrial gas and process utilities supporting peptide synthesis
FIG. 003Process Utilities

Nitrogen, chilled water, and inert-gas lines feed the reaction hall directly. Continuous utilities are what allow Fmoc deprotection and coupling cycles to run without drift in temperature or atmosphere — the invisible infrastructure behind every peptide bond formed on site.

Rotary evaporator removing solvent from a synthesis intermediate
FIG. 004Synthesis Bench

Solvent is stripped from a synthesis intermediate on a rotary evaporator under reduced pressure. This is the unglamorous middle of the route: each crude peptide is concentrated, exchanged, and prepared for cleavage before it ever sees a purification column.

Aseptic filling line dispensing peptide solution into glass vials

Process / 灌装

From sterile bulk to sealed vial, without contact with the operator.

Filtered peptide solution is metered into siliconised borosilicate vials inside a Grade A air stream. Stopper insertion and crimp closure happen in line, so the molecule moves from compounding tank to sealed primary container without an open transfer step. What enters the lyophiliser is what we synthesised — nothing added, nothing lost.

FIG. 006Analytical & Lyophilisation

A reversed-phase HPLC column resolves the target peptide from synthesis-related impurities; the same column data later anchors the certificate of analysis. Beside it sits the freeze-dryer, where the purified solution is taken below 0.05 mbar and slowly sublimed into a porous lyophilised cake stable for years at -20 °C.

FIG. 007Post-Lyophilisation Tray

Vials emerge from the lyophiliser onto a stainless tray for 100% visual inspection: cake structure, fill height, closure seating, and absence of particulates. Only vials that pass this check are crimped, labelled, and assigned a release batch number — every other vial is destroyed.

03 / LONGEVITY

Time is irreversible. But it can be understood.

We believe aging is a biological process that can be studied. Xiangyang Lizhi places chemical rigor in the hands of academic institutions, R&D pharma and preclinical labs, so each molecule becomes a tool for extending our understanding of life.

FIG. 008Reactor Operations

Inside the reaction hall.

A technician verifies temperature and stirring on a jacketed stainless reactor during a peptide-coupling step. Every cycle is logged against the batch record: reagent lot, equivalents, time, and in-process control. Nothing about a peptide bond is improvised here.

A single vial. A single sequence.

The porous white cake at the bottom of the vial is the peptide itself, frozen out of solution and dried under vacuum until only the molecule remains. Stable, dose-accurate, and ready to be reconstituted in bacteriostatic water under research conditions — exactly as it left our analytical release.

XIANGYANG / LIZHI

Headquartered in Xiangyang, Hubei. Our name comes from the city's thousand year old lychee trees, a symbol of nature's gift and the patience of time. We focus on bioactive peptide research and raw material supply for the global longevity and regenerative medicine community.

Analysts reviewing chromatograms at the HPLC workstation
FIG. 010Analytical Review / HPLC

Analysts overlay the current batch chromatogram against the reference standard. Identity, retention time and main-peak area are confirmed before the batch number is ever issued. This is the last gate between synthesis and the certificate of analysis attached to your vial.

FIG. 011Fume Hood / Reagent Handling

Sensitive reagents and protected amino acids are weighed and transferred under extraction. The same gloved hands that build a tripeptide today have built thousands before it; that continuity is the difference between a research-grade sequence and a batch.
