CJC-1295 is a long-acting GHRH analog and Ipamorelin is a highly selective growth hormone releasing peptide. The pair is frequently studied together as a way to model physiological GH pulses.

Farmacología y mecanismo

CJC-1295 acts on the GHRH receptor, broadening GH secretion amplitude. Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin or GHSR-1a receptor, triggering pulse release with minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin.
