Vue d'ensemble
CJC-1295 is a long-acting GHRH analog and Ipamorelin is a highly selective growth hormone releasing peptide. The pair is frequently studied together as a way to model physiological GH pulses.
Pharmacologie et mécanisme
CJC-1295 acts on the GHRH receptor, broadening GH secretion amplitude. Ipamorelin activates the ghrelin or GHSR-1a receptor, triggering pulse release with minimal effect on cortisol and prolactin.
Domaines de recherche
Used to study GH and IGF-1 axis regulation, muscle and connective tissue repair models, and sleep-coupled GH secretion dynamics.
Notes structurales
CJC-1295: 30 amino acid GHRH analog with a DAC albumin-binding modification. Ipamorelin: 5 amino acid synthetic peptide.
